Mandatory Notice Pursuant to the German Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions (InstitutsVergV)
All credit institutions and financial services companies pursuant to Sec. 1, 1b KWG (German Banking Act) are required by the Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions to publish information on their remuneration systems, at least on their website. Due to the size of the institution and the average balance sheet total over the past three years, ABACUS Financial Services AG does not qualify as a significant institution under Sec. 1 InstitutsVergV. Accordingly, a separate risk analysis is not required. Sections 5, 6 and 8 of the InstitutsVergV therefore do not apply. Management and staff receive a fixed remuneration. This may be supplemented by a results- and performance-based (variable) remuneration.
Fixed salary
The base remuneration ensures the basic provision for employees according to their respective role and aims to create a long-term bond between employees and our company. This rules out any significant dependency of employees on a potential variable remuneration and thereby avoids incentives to take disproportionate risks.
Variable remuneration component
The results- and performance-based remuneration (variable remuneration) is based on the company's success.
